Technically this was several days after, but you get the idea. I have to say that it was COLD the evening of our shoot with these guys and they were troopers. Thanks to you both for being so willing to have fun!

Julia and Chris’ shoot the day after their wedding wraps up our trip to California! It was absolutely wonderful to try out new locations on the coast – the trees, the beach, and every setting we encountered was just beautiful.

We were hoping to do a bit more with the water, but as you can see by Chris’ expression, it was cold!!!


The little waves caught Julia’s dress just perfectly for this shot!

Our second model shoot in San Fransisco was with a whole group at the stunning Palace of Fine Arts! Toby and I had originally planned to shoot with Ying and we were absolutely thrilled that she brought, Daniel, Kate, and Ignacio! Ying and Daniel with both fantastic models!!! They were comfortable with each other in front of the camera and we spent a lot of time laughing, which is always fun!

Working with Kate Cheung was fantastic – she’s a designer out in San Fransisco with a LOT of great stuff! I wish we’d had more time – her dresses deserve the attention!!!

And I cannot say enough good things about Ignacio Maciel! He truly was an artist!!! Ying’s makeup was absolutely flawless and he was a pleasure to work with! We even had some fun pinning Ying’s “veil”!
